Ways to make a booking
By phone.
Simply call us on 01382 836920 and we will send you a booking form and answer any questions that you have.
By post.
Click here to download a copy of the booking form that can be completed and sent back to us with your deposit.
Remember, we require a 25% deposit with your booking and the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your scheduled departure date, if the final balance is not paid then we will assume that the booking is cancelled and we will release the weeks to other people.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking then you must tell us in writing. As we incur costs from the time your booking is made then the following cancellation charges will apply.

| Up to 8 weeks before departure | Deposit |
| Between 8 & 6 Weeks | 50% |
| Between 6 & 4 weeks | 75% |
| Any other time | 100% |
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate insurance cover to protect yourself in the event that you have to cancel.
